Guitar for beginners and advanced

led by Doris Sueti

The ability to accompany as well as the interest and enjoyment of singing are the  main aims. Pupils have the chance to partake in the third and fourth grade. At the end of the school year children have the opportunity to display their new acquired talent and present songs as a group during a guitar evening.


English as a foreign language

and Sophia Sedgwick

English is offered in an extra-curricular class to all pupils of the normal classes. The most important aim in these classes is the natural and enjoyable use of the foreign language.


More afternoon activities are organized by the ASC and are offered as after-school-activities (ASA).  

Sports & fun

led by André Fuhrimann

The main focus is aimed at the pleasure of movement. A wide range of movement forms is at the children's disposal: From ball, running and catching games, to climbing, acrobatics, co-ordination and co-operation games, as well as ice-skating.

 

African drum workshop

Art

This course offers children the chance to learn new techniques and they are exposed to a variety of materials. The individual wishes and abilities of the child are fostered through the child’s experience of Art

 
Environmental Detectives

 led by Dr Ulrike Monter

The children explore the environment by observing carefully and by doing experiments and will thereby experience some surprises.

 

Workshop Ton

Different objects will be made out of clay and then they will sometimes be glaze before being fired.
